1. Course Fee Structure

1.1 Course fees for each program/batch will be published on our website, prospectus or admission forms. Fee may vary based on:

• city/centre;
• course duration and curriculum;
• hybrid vs online-only mode;
• inclusion of test series, doubt support, or other add-ons.

1.2 The fee may include components such as tuition fee, platform/technology fee, content fee, test series fee and applicable taxes.

2. Taxes

2.1 All fees are subject to GST and other applicable taxes as per Indian law.

2.2 If there is any change in taxes (introduction or revision of GST or other levies), fees payable for remaining instalments will be adjusted accordingly.

3. Price Changes

3.1 SmartMove reserves the right to change fees, discounts, scholarship schemes and offers for future admissions.

3.2 Once your admission is confirmed and fee is agreed upon, that fee structure will remain applicable to you, subject to tax changes and adherence to payment schedules.

4. Discounts, Scholarships & Offers

4.1 Discounts/scholarships/offers are:

• valid only as per the terms communicated at the time of the offer;
• subject to eligibility verification and document submission;
• non-transferable and non-encashable.

4.2 Two or more offers cannot generally be clubbed unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Instalment Plans

5.1 Where instalment payment is permitted, the number of instalments, amounts and due dates will be clearly communicated at the time of admission.

5.2 Delayed or missed instalments may result in:

• late payment charges;
• blocking of online access;
• disallowing the student from attending classes or tests;
• cancellation of admission as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
